Applied Workplace Ltd takes privacy very seriously; this notice explains how we use the personal information you provide to us in your enquiries and a contract for the commencement of a project, including how we share it with third parties. (Updated October 2025).

Normally you will only provide such details if you submit the contact form or quote calculator on our website.

We use these products to understand how the website is being used in order to improve user experience. User data is all anonymous. The types of data collected includes IP address, browser-generated information e.g. browser type, operating system, date and time of access, demographic information, behaviour information, how long a person looks at a website, what they look at, how they use the website, what users click on, if a user submits a form etc.

This information is stored on our database for the above purposes; we have installed an SSL certificate on our website to aid with data security. You can request for your data to be removed from our database at any time by contacting us. Information is kept on a secure computer server which is protected and security checked. Paper copies of personal information are kept in our secure offices and when no longer needed, is discarded in a safe manner.
Your email address and the details you provide will of course be within our email system [such as Outlook or Google Mail] until we delete it. We will use the information you provide to deal with your enquiry, the project we are commissioned for, or to aid with our marketing efforts.
