Applied Workplace Ltd takes privacy very seriously; this notice explains how we use the personal information you provide to us in your enquiries and a contract for the commencement of a project, including how we share it with third parties.

  2. To process an order from you for goods and services

  4. For the purpose of any corrective action which may be required in respect of any of the products we supply to you

How long do we retain information

We will not keep your personal information longer than necessary, taking into account information needed for product guarantee, applicable legal requirements and limitation periods.

Where is the information kept
Information is kept on a secure computer server which is protected and security checked. Paper copies of personal information are kept in our secure offices and when no longer needed, is discarded in a safe manner.
