Client Brief:
Applied Workplace were commissioned to design and install a freestanding industrial office
using our solid industrial warehouse partitions and wall range. The client required a durable and
contemporary solution to create an enclosed and private workspace within a loud, industrial
environment, combining practicality with a refined finish.
The project centred around constructing a freestanding partition office wall that would deliver
privacy and structure without the need for full building modifications.
Recommended Partitions:
Following a detailed review of the space, our team recommended the use of industrial partition
walls built from steel support posts to maximise strength and stability. The system featured
factory-sprayed solid panels for a clean, professional appearance, paired with modular
warehouse office partition walls to allow flexibility for future reconfiguration if required.
To complement the solid elements, a part-height glazed unit was integrated into the design to
increase visibility and natural light, maintaining an open feel. A robust hospital-grade door was
also installed to complete the industrial office space, improving functionality and durability.

The completed installation transformed the open industrial area into a self-contained, modern
office that blends seamlessly with its surroundings. The industrial partitions provide excellent
